At MyBodhii, we offer mental health support for moms, helping them cope with stress, anxiety, and the challenges of balancing it all. Through simple mindfulness practices and self-care techniques, we help moms feel more grounded, supported, and connected to themselves.
Art & Mindfulness for Children
Children process emotions differently, and creative expression can help. Our kids' program uses art and mindfulness to encourage creativity, self-awareness, and an understanding of the importance of mental health. Through simple exercises in art, storytelling, and movement, children learn to express themselves and develop a healthy approach to emotions.
The Role of Yoga in Well-being
