My Story
Through Project Mama, I offer holistic programs blending yoga, mindfulness, mental health support, and creative expression to help mothers find balance and kids develop emotional resilience.

I started this journey because, as a new mom, I faced my own struggles with mental and physical well-being and saw so many other moms going through the same. This inspired me to learn, grow, and earn multiple certifications in psychology, yoga, hypnotherapy, and art therapy, so I could help other mothers navigate this journey with more support, self-care, and empowerment.

I work with mothers through mental health support groups, outdoor activities, and wellness programs, fostering connection and emotional well-being. I also work with children in schools and online, using art, mindfulness, and yoga techniques to help them develop self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience.
