The Body & Mind Balance Classes for Children is designed to support the overall well-being of young minds through a holistic approach. Program Components:

  1. Yoga for Kids:
    • Frequency: Weekly classes (1 hour each).
    • Description: Fun and engaging yoga sessions tailored specifically for children. These classes incorporate playful poses, storytelling, and games to keep children interested and motivated.
    • Goals: Improve physical flexibility, enhance body awareness, and promote relaxation and concentration.
  2. Mindfulness Worksheets:
    • Frequency: Weekly guided sessions (30 minutes each) followed by take-home worksheets.
    • Description: Interactive sessions that teach children simple mindfulness techniques, such as deep breathing, body scanning, and mindful listening. Children receive worksheets to practice these techniques at home.
    • Goals: Develop self-awareness, manage stress, and cultivate a calm and focused mind.
  3. Art Therapy:
    • Frequency: Weekly classes (1 hour each).
    • Description: Creative art therapy sessions where children can express their emotions and thoughts through various art forms, including drawing, painting, and crafting. Led by a certified art therapist, these sessions provide a safe space for self-expression.
