Our Holistic Stress Relief Program is designed to provide comprehensive support for managing stress and promoting mental well-being. This program integrates hypnotherapy, yoga, and counselling to address stress from multiple angles, ensuring a balanced and effective approach to mental health.

Initial Assessment:

  • A consultation to understand your stress levels, triggers, and overall mental health.
  • Personalized stress management plan tailored to your specific needs.

Yoga for Stress Relief

  • Frequency: Twice weekly classes (1 hour each). On Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • Types of Yoga:
    • Hatha Yoga: For relaxation and stress relief.
    • Restorative Yoga: To promote deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
  • Goals: Enhance physical flexibility, improve breathing techniques, and foster a sense of inner peace.

Hypnotherapy Sessions for Stress Relief

  • Frequency: Weekly session (1 hour each).
  • Description: Work with a certified hypnotherapist to explore and address underlying stressors through guided relaxation and focused therapeutic techniques.
  • Goals: Reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and promote a calm state of mind.

Counseling Sessions:

  • Frequency: Weekly sessions (1 hour each).
  • Description: Individual or group counselling with a mental health professional to explore and resolve emotional and psychological stressors.
  • Goals: Develop coping strategies, improve emotional resilience, and gain insights into stress triggers.
